Certification Oversight, Independence and Disclaimer
Alliance Registrar & Inspection Services Parsian (ALLIANCE) hereby declares that ARC INTERNATIONAL and TUV CANADA are independent certification organizations and operate as separate and independent entities.
ALLIANCE may undertake oversight, monitoring, evaluation, and conformity-review activities in relation to certification activities performed by these organizations, where such activities are applicable under the relevant contractual, procedural, or oversight arrangements.
The purpose of such oversight is to promote the proper implementation of applicable certification requirements, impartiality, competence, consistency, and integrity of certification activities.
Independent Legal Status
For the avoidance of doubt:
ARC INTERNATIONAL is an independent certification organization and is not a subsidiary, branch, department, or internal division of ALLIANCE.
TUV CANADA is an independent certification organization and is not a subsidiary, branch, department, or internal division of ALLIANCE.
Neither ARC INTERNATIONAL nor TUV CANADA is owned, managed, controlled, or legally represented by ALLIANCE.
The certification activities, certification decisions, and responsibilities of each organization remain under its own organizational authority and responsibility.
Any monitoring or oversight conducted by ALLIANCE shall not be interpreted as ownership, corporate affiliation, agency, representation, or legal control of either certification organization.
Transparency
ALLIANCE provides this statement in order to ensure full transparency to clients, certificate holders, regulatory bodies, accreditation-related organizations, and other interested parties regarding the respective roles and responsibilities of the organizations involved.
The independence of ARC INTERNATIONAL and TUV CANADA is maintained, while any applicable oversight activities performed by ALLIANCE are conducted solely within the defined scope of such oversight.
